Research
The Trust is sponsoring a research project on "Homelessness in Nelson", funded by a research grant by CHRANZ (Centre for Housing Research). An Interim report (see Nelson Mail 25 August 2007) indicated there were 150 people classified as homeless in Nelson under the wider definition used in Australian housing research.

Tasman Holdings Nelson Ltd are the winners of the Housing New Zealand Community Development Award category of the Registered Master Builders House of the Year for the property owned by the Nelson Tasman Housing Trust in Nelson.
