New rental homes in Tāhunanui opened

Our new affordable housing development in Tāhunanui was officially opened today and tenants will move in soon after Easter. The five homes in Muritai St are for families and people on low incomes. New site secured for more homes

We are delighted to announce that we've signed a contract to buy two properties in Totara St, Nelson, on which we plan to build six new rental homes. The sites at 6 and 8 Totara St are being sold by the Nelson City Council. Each section currently has a single old house on it. The Nelson City Council has approved a proposal to make $2 million of its housing reserve fund available for housing projects catering for low-to-moderate income households.
