We are delighted to announce that we've signed a contract to buy two properties in Totara St, Nelson, on which we plan to build six new rental homes. The sites at 6 and 8 Totara St are being sold by the Nelson City Council. Each section currently has a single old house on it. The Nelson City Council has approved a proposal to make $2 million of its housing reserve fund available for housing projects catering for low-to-moderate income households.
