How you can help
There are many ways you can help us build more homes: by making a one-off or regular donation; through business sponsorship; donating land, services or products; or by making a bequest. Your support helps us provide a much-needed home for an individual or family.
Each 4-8 home development costs at least $2.5 million. We fund our housing through a combination of charitable grants, mortgages, government rent subsidies and community contributions.
We are a registered charity (#CC21439) and a registered Community Housing Provider (#RA0017). We operate all our properties in perpetuity for the purpose of affordable/social housing. Any profit (or, very rarely, property sale proceeds) is reinvested to develop more housing for people in need.
How to donate

Please put "donation" and your name as references and send us an email so we can thank you and send a receipt.
Donations of $5 and over are tax-deductible.
Business sponsorship
Businesses can support our housing developments by donating money, land, services or products, or by sponsoring a part of a development. We can acknowledge your support through our website, e-newsletter and plaques at developments.
Some sponsorship options include:
- A solar panel system for a home, costing around $7000-$8000
- An electric vehicle charging point for a housing development
- Trees for a housing development
