Our new affordable housing development in Tāhunanui was officially opened today and tenants will move in soon after Easter. The five homes in Muritai St are for families and people on low incomes. There are four 2-bedroom homes and one 4-bedroom home, all designed to be warm, dry and energy-efficient. A grant from the Nelson City Council will enable the Nelson Tasman Housing Trust to press ahead with a planned development of 10 new affordable rental homes in Dodson Valley, Atawhai.
